Everything under one roof.
Facilities management, construction, and trade coordination — run by one team, so nothing falls between separate vendors. Here’s the full scope of each.
Facilities Management & Preventive Maintenance
Ongoing care that catches problems before they become work orders. Hatten handles the recurring, everyday work of keeping a property running — inspections, upkeep, and minor repairs — on a schedule you set rather than in response to a breakdown.
Every visit is logged and shared, so you always know what’s been checked, what was found, and what’s coming up next.
- Property inspections & building rounds
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Property condition assessments
- Maintenance planning & scheduling
- Minor repairs
- Vendor coordination
Construction & Renovation
General construction and renovation work, from a single unit to a full property turnover. The same team that maintains a property day-to-day can also take on the bigger job — with the property’s history and condition already on file.
Work is scoped, scheduled, and documented the same way as everything else Hatten does — no separate contractor to onboard or explain the property to.
- General construction & remodeling
- Interior repairs & drywall
- Flooring
- Roofing & building repairs
- Property turnover
- Renovation projects
Building Systems & Trade Coordination
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and specialty trades, run under Hatten’s project management. HVAC work is performed in-house by an EPA 608 certified technician; other trades are coordinated through qualified, licensed subcontractors under Hatten’s oversight.
Either way, you get one point of contact and one standard of documentation — not a separate relationship to manage with every trade.
